Express Kafeh is building a large team of Baristas for SIBOS 2026, one of the world’s premier financial services conferences, taking place in Miami Beach September 28^th to October 1^st.

We are looking for people who are:

• Professional, polished and hospitality-minded
• Friendly, energetic and comfortable interacting with guests
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced event environment
• Experienced in coffee, hospitality, restaurants, catering or events, a plus, but not required

Barista experience is NOT required but preferable.

If you have the right attitude, professionalism and desire to serve, Express Kafeh will train you.

What to Expect

Meet the Express Kafeh team, interview with us, and potentially receive a conditional job offer on the spot, On-Call Barista positions are available. Specific availability to work Monday September 28^th to Thursday October 1^st from 7AM to 3PM. Qualified candidates will receive hands-on training through Express Kafeh prior to the event.
