Barista / FOH

Dulzura Cafe is looking for a full-time barista to join our team!

We are a woman owned artisanal bakery and coffee shop based in San Mateo since 1994.

We are looking for folks who are available to work at our San Mateo location with occasional shifts at other locations in Redwood City, San Carlos, and San Bruno.

We hope you are…

-A seasoned barista. 1-2 years of experience is a preferred.
-Enthusiastic about coffee and pastries. A plus if you especially like baking!
-Are passionate about hospitality and the customer service experience.
-Are team oriented and a people person. We have a big team and would love for you to be ready to jump right in with ease.
-A strong communicator.
-Self motivated.
-Clean!
-MUST be able to work weekends.
