Barista / Food Runner / Cafe Manager

Now Hiring – Restaurant Team Members (Humboldt Park)

We are hiring experienced, friendly, and professional team members to join our growing restaurant. We’re looking for a Line Cook, Barista, and Busser/Runner (Lead option available). This is a fast-paced environment that requires teamwork, independence, and strong customer service. Immediate hire. Serious inquiries only.

Training will be provided for our systems and standards, but candidates must already have experience.

BARISTA (2–3 Years Experience Required)
• Prepare espresso-based drinks and coffee to high standards
• Maintain and organize the coffee bar and equipment
• Experience with Toast POS and daily POS maintenance
• Handle batching, stocking, and inventory of bar items
• Bartending experience is a plus
Barista and food handler certifications required.


BUSSER / RUNNER
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Support counter service, dine-in, and delivery orders
• Run food efficiently and accurately
• Assist with restocking and overall flow of service
• Lead role includes organization oversight and team support

General Requirements (All Positions)
• 2–3 years relevant experience required
• Strong customer service and professional attitude
• Must speak English
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
