Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in one of our coffee shops. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages and snacks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will interact with customers, take their orders, and ensure a positive and friendly experience during their visit. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards while assisting with general café operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Barista skills and food preparation techniques is preferred
• Exceptional customer service orientation with strong interpersonal skills
• Effective communication skills to engage with customers and team members
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and provide a welcoming atmosphere
• Punctuality, reliability, and ability to manage multiple tasks under busy conditions
• Experience working on a register/POS system
• Adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
