We are looking for experienced Baristas to work at our Front Range Coffee Shops--located in Waldo and at the Fairway Shops.

Role Description The Barista/Bartender prepares and serves coffee, specialty drinks, and cocktails to guests while following recipes and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include taking orders, handling payment transactions, preparing food items, maintaining a clean and organized café area, and restocking inventory as needed. The role involves engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items and local products, and ensuring each visit is friendly, efficient, and enjoyable. The Barista/Bartender collaborates with team members, follows opening and closing procedures, and supports special events or promotions within the marketplace.

Qualifications

• Candidates MUST possess Barista skills, including coffee preparation, espresso-based drink making, and basic cafe operations.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to create a welcoming, inclusive guest experience.
• Candidates should possess Barista and Food Preparation skills to safely prepare beverages and simple food items according to established standards.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly with guests and collaborate with team members.
• Previous experience as a barista, bartender, or in hospitality or retail is beneficial.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Basic math skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems are preferred.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
