This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista located in Coppell, TX. The Barista will be responsible for preparing a variety of coffee and espresso beverages, ensuring quality and consistency in every cup. Daily tasks include maintaining a clean and organized work environment, engaging with customers, managing food preparation duties, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires direct interaction with patrons to create a positive and memorable café experience.

• Strong Barista knowledge, including making coffee and espresso beverages
• Exceptional Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to provide a welcoming atmosphere
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Experience with Food Preparation and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving
• Previous barista or food service experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
