The Role

We’re looking for a part-time Barista to join our team at GroundHouse in Caldwell, NJ. This position is approximately 30 hours per week. You’ll prepare coffee and specialty drinks, take orders, handle payments, keep the space clean and organized, and help create the welcoming atmosphere GroundHouse is built around.

We’re looking for someone who wants more than a temporary job. This is an opportunity for someone interested in staying, growing, and becoming part of the company as GroundHouse expands.

What We’re Looking For

• Must have availability 2–4 days per week
• Approximately 30 hours per week
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, positive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Barista, café, or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
• Basic food preparation and food safety knowledge
• Ability to stay organized, work well with a team, and pay attention to detail
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weight
