Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Barista role located in Decatur, GA. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including coffee and specialty drinks, while maintaining a welcoming and clean environment for guests. Daily tasks include customer interaction, food and drink preparation, maintaining inventory, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The role requires consistency in maintaining presentation standards and adhering to food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience or training as a Barista and knowledge of beverage preparation
• Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to create positive guest experiences
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and coworkers professionally
• Ability to perform Food Preparation tasks in a clean and hygienic manner
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in a similar hospitality or food service role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
