Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food items to guests in accordance with established quality standards
• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to ensure a positive guest experience
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, adhering to health and safety standards
• Support daily operations of the coffee shop facilities and other Food and Beverage outlets
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner, radiating positivity and accommodating their needs
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
  
  
  

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a Food & Beverage outlet, including cash handling
• Previous Barista experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-centric attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
