Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Irvine, CA. The Barista will prepare and serve high-quality tea and specialty beverages while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Additional responsibilities include engaging with customers, managing transactions, supporting food preparation tasks, and ensuring an excellent customer experience in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Barista and Food Preparation skills to craft specialty beverages and prepare menu items
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills for engaging with customers and colleagues
• Customer Service abilities to create excellent dining experiences and handle customer needs professionally
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail
• Previous experience in a café or food-service environment is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Interview and training will take place at our Lakewood location (near LGB airport)
