Position Overview

As a Barista, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You’ll learn and execute all Just Love processes with efficiency, accuracy, and pride—while bringing energy and positivity to every shift.

Hours & Availability

Our Operating Hours Are

• Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  
  

We are especially looking for team members with reliable weekday morning availability, including early starts at 6:00 AM.

What You’ll Do

• Create a welcoming, positive experience for every guest
• Prepare drinks and food with consistency, quality, and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace
• Follow all food safety and handling procedures
• Work as part of a team that reflects Just Love’s core values
• Complete all assigned shift tasks with excellence
