Role Description


As a Barista & Kitchen Crew Member, you’ll help create an outstanding experience for every guest by preparing handcrafted coffee, assembling fresh breakfast items, and providing friendly, efficient service.


Responsibilities


* Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, and specialty beverages.

* Assemble and serve breakfast menu items.

* Greet guests, take orders, and process payments.

* Maintain a clean, organized workspace while following food safety standards.

* Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.

* Work efficiently with teammates during busy service periods.

* Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.


Early mornings, and occasional weekends/holidays are part of the role, and flexibility is appreciated.


Qualifications


* Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, restaurant, or food service environment is preferred but not required.

* Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.

* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

* Willingness to learn coffee preparation, food handling, and kitchen operations.

* Dependable, punctual, and committed to working as part of a team.

* Comfortable using a point-of-sale system and handling cash and card transactions.

* Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry supplies, and assist with cleaning and maintaining a safe, organized workspace throughout each shift.

* Previous barista or food service experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
