Role Description The Barista role at Kneaded Bakehouse is a full-time, on-site position based in Morrisville, NC. The Barista prepares and serves espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and other beverages while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Daily responsibilities include taking customer orders, handling payments, providing friendly and efficient service, and answering questions about menu items. The role also involves basic food preparation, such as heating and plating baked goods, maintaining a clean and organized work area, restocking supplies, and following safety and sanitation guidelines. Baristas collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service, Interpersonal Skills, and clear Communication.
• Hands-on Barista experience with espresso machines, brewing methods, and beverage preparation.
• Food Preparation skills, with attention to hygiene, safety standards, and presentation.
• Ability to work on-site in Morrisville, NC, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Reliable time management, attention to detail, and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in coffee shops, bakeries, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn, follow recipes and procedures, and support a team-oriented workplace.
