Role Description The Barista role at Ladurée USA in Monroe, NY is a part-time, on-site position focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing high-quality coffee and tea beverages, supporting food preparation for pastries and light menu items, and ensuring all products meet Ladurée’s presentation and quality standards. The Barista greets and serves guests, answers questions about menu items, and handles transactions accurately while maintaining a clean, organized workstation and seating area. This role also involves restocking supplies, following food safety and hygiene guidelines, and collaborating with team members to uphold Ladurée’s service and hospitality standards.

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills for welcoming guests and building positive, respectful interactions.
• Candidates should possess Barista and Food Preparation skills for crafting beverages and handling pastries in line with brand and safety standards.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear interaction with guests, teammates, and supervisors.
• Previous experience in café, hospitality, or retail environments is beneficial.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, manage a fast-paced setting, and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and consistent quality; passion for French pastries and specialty coffee is a plus.
