Role Description

This is an on-site, part-time Barista role based in West Fargo, ND. As a Barista at Ladybug Latte, you will be responsible for preparing and serving various beverages, including coffee and specialty drinks, while providing outstanding customer service. Additional tasks include maintaining cleanliness, handling payments, answering customer inquiries, and contributing to a friendly and engaging environment for everyone. You may also assist with side tasks and other shop-related duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to create a positive and professional customer experience
• Experience as a Barista, or a willingness to learn coffee and beverage preparation techniques
• Customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional hospitality and handling customer inquiries
• Basic food preparation knowledge and ability to adhere to food safety protocols
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous experience in a coffee shop or restaurant is a plus but not required
