Barista Lead

The Barista Lead creates a memorable customer experience by delivering timely service, quality beverages, and maintaining a clean environment.

Key responsibilities include greeting customers, preparing coffee, tea, and specialty drinks per standards, and assisting with food items.

They train and guide team members in beverage and food preparation, customer service, cash handling, and operational procedures, and may coordinate work schedules and tasks.

They operate registers/POS accurately, handle cash and credit transactions, and ensure cash drawer balance and deposits follow policies.

Additional duties involve setting up and breaking down the coffee bar, maintaining sanitation, stocking supplies, and adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications include prior successful barista experience, cash handling skills, basic math, and preferably supervisory experience.

Must work independently, follow dress code, read and communicate in English, and complete Food Handling Certification.

Physical demands may include lifting, bending, and extended standing, with potential PPE usage.
