Barista Lead - Full-Time

Role: The Barista Lead provides exceptional customer service by preparing quality beverages, maintaining a clean environment, and training staff.

Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers, prepare coffees and specialty drinks, handle food items, train team members, manage cash transactions, and ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications: Successful experience as a barista with cash handling skills, basic math, and the ability to follow recipes. Supervisory experience is preferred. Must work independently, follow dress code, and possess food handling certification.

Skills: Excellent customer service, basic math, leadership, and communication skills, ability to follow safety protocols, and physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, standing, and cleaning.

This role involves maintaining operational standards, guiding team members, and ensuring a positive guest experience. Flexibility in duties and physical demands are part of the position.
