We are seeking an enthusiastic, personable, and detail-oriented Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. In this role, you'll create handcrafted coffee and espresso beverages while providing warm, genuine hospitality to hotel guests and local patrons. What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve handcrafted coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Deliver warm, personalized service that reflects Forbes Four-Star luxury hospitality standards.
• Welcome guests, answer questions, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on beverages, pastries, and café offerings.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately while processing guest orders and payments.
• Maintain an exceptionally clean, organized, and inviting café environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock coffee, milk, syrups, pastries, and other supplies throughout the day.
• Ensure all beverages are prepared consistently with exceptional quality and presentation.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including equipment cleaning and daily preparation.
• Work collaboratively with culinary, restaurant, and hotel teams to provide a seamless guest experience.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous barista, café, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, upscale café, or specialty coffee environment preferred.
• Knowledge of espresso preparation, latte art, and coffee brewing techniques is a plus.
• Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain).
