Barista

Role Description

This is a contract, on-site Barista role located in Garden City, ID. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace, and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers. Interacting with customers to provide exceptional service and addressing their inquiries will be a regular part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in barista techniques and coffee preparation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers effectively
• Customer service experience to ensure a positive guest experience
• Basic skills in food preparation, with attention to detail and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior experience in a hospitality or food service industry is a plus
