Role Description

This is a part-time on-site Barista role located in Austin, TX. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages with precision and care. Duties also include engaging in customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming workspace, and fostering a positive customer experience by creating a friendly and inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Barista skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality coffee and light food items efficiently
• Food Handler's Licence required
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage with customers and enhance their experience
• Customer Service expertise to provide friendly, professional, and attentive assistance
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and passion for coffee culture is beneficial
• Prior experience in a café or similar environment is required
• Weekdays and Weekends preferred
