Noelle serves as a gathering place for some of the city's most interesting voices and makers as it continues to contribute to the spirit that makes it so unique.

We seek caffeine lovers and connoisseurs. This individual is knowledgeable and passionate about coffee and takes pride in crafting the perfect beverage for all they serve. Your primary role will be delivering impeccable product and educating our customers on our offerings while making recommendations based on their preferences. To be successful in this role, you should have strong customer service skills and knowledge of how brewing equipment operates.

Requested Tasks

• Greet customers warmly adhering to service standards
• Provide guests with drink menus and answer questions regarding ingredients and substitutions
• Take orders while paying attention to details such as dairy, sugar preferences, etc.
• Prepare and serve beverages following recipes in addition to any pastry offerings
• Receive and process payments (cash, credit, room charge) and maintain a clean bar area
• Ensure that the coffee shop area is tidy and presentable
• Adhere to all safety and cleanliness guidelines
• Adhere to Makeready's Guiding Principles
• Additional duties and assignments as assigned
  
  

Requested Capabilities

• Prior experience making coffee, tea, etc. drinks highly preferred
• Professional, approachable and courteous personality
• Organized
• Able to handle multiple guest orders and requests simultaneously
• Required to stand; walk; use hands to serve and clear food, beverages, plates/cutlery/glassware, additional objects
• Able to bend and kneel to clear tables, serve food, etc.
• Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Adhere to Makeready & property policies and procedures as defined
