Overview

To handle all payment transactions for all food/beverage, maintain well stocked shelves, keep ALS clean at all times and provide superior customer service; as well as keep up to date with ordering of product, input of invoices and the meeting of Omni leadership standards with staff.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with daily specialties
• Handle all “point-of-sale transactions correctly
• Perform cash and credit transactions
• Brew gourmet coffee and other specialty beverages such as smoothies
• Up-selling and suggestive selling of popular items
• Maintain balanced bank
• Answer all guest inquiries on menu items
• Familiarity with all POS systems and bank procedures
• All areas are clean and presentable with products placed for optimum sales and organization
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
