Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Cincinnati, OH. The Barista will prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages, teas, and other drinks according to established recipes and quality standards. Daily tasks include operating coffee equipment, handling food preparation for light snacks or pastries, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and following health and safety guidelines. The Barista will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and provide responsive, friendly customer service. The role also involves restocking supplies, supporting teammates during busy periods, and representing Pour More Hospitality’s brand through professional, courteous interactions.
Qualifications

• Coffee and beverage preparation skills, including Barista experience and familiarity with espresso machines and related equipment.
• Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to build rapport with guests and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with guests and collaborating with team members.
• Food Preparation knowledge and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Basic math skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems for handling cash and card transactions accurately.
• Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or café settings is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
