Barista

REDHAWK COFFEE, CMU - We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Barista to join our team! If you love coffee, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Position Details:

Part-time, in-store position.

Must be available for at least 4 consecutive hours between 7am and 6pm twice a week Monday through Friday. Additional shifts may be available as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous barista or café experience preferred, although not required (we’re happy to train the right person!)

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to multitask, solve problems quickly, and think critically in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated, punctual, reliable, and team-oriented.

Strong communication skills.

Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items.

Provide excellent customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude.

Assist with café upkeep, including cleaning, restocking, and maintaining equipment.

Support teammates and contribute to a positive shop environment.
