Roster: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 2:00pm

Cater Care is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Barista to join our Regency Park kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in preparing quality coffee, delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a fast-paced hospitality environment. Alongside barista duties, you’ll support our catering and kitchen operations, working collaboratively with the team to deliver a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality espresso coffee and specialty beverages
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service, including serving meals and snacks
• Assist with food preparation and day-to-day café and catering operations
• Restock supplies and maintain clean, organised kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness at all times
  
  

About You

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experienced in preparing quality barista coffee; formal qualifications are an advantage
• Previous barista experience in a busy café or hospitality environment, with the ability to support kitchen operations
• Reliable, flexible and team-oriented, with a calm approach under pressure
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Efficient and organised, with the ability to work effectively during busy service periods
