Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Barista to join our team at our Coconut Grove or South Miami , Miami, FL location. The Barista will prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffees and teas, while delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include taking orders, handling payments, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and preparing light food orders. This is an on-site role that requires interaction with customers and team members to ensure a pleasant and seamless experience.

Qualifications

Strong Barista skills, including knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and the use of espresso machines

Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to provide a welcoming and efficient experience for all guests

Interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with both customers and team members

Experience or understanding in Food Preparation processes for light food offerings

Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced environment

Previous Barista or food service experience is a plus, but not required
