Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Barista role located in Hutchinson, KS. The Barista will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages while consistently providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with customers, processing transactions, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring food and drink items are prepared to high standards. Teamwork, adaptability, and a passion for coffee are vital to this role.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities
• Experience as a Barista or in food preparation
• Customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
• Detail-oriented and capable of following recipes and preparation standards
