Seekers exists because we believe that how you spend an hour—what you read, what you drink, who you talk to—is not a small thing. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site barista role. You’ll be working the bar at a specialty café that opened because we genuinely believe in what we’re serving — both in the cup and in the room around it. Day to day: dialing in espresso, pouring filter, keeping the bar clean and intentional, and making people feel like they walked into somewhere worth coming back to. You’ll also be part of a small team at an early stage, which means your voice matters and your presence shapes the place.

Qualifications

• Experience with espresso-based drinks and manual brew methods

• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment without losing care in the details

• Someone who actually likes people — and can read a room

• Curiosity about coffee at origin, not just at the bar

• Alignment with a culture of hospitality: showing up with care, attention, and humility
