We’re looking for an individual who embodies the luxury lifestyle experience. An ideal Thompson team member has a passion for creating unique experiences, that can quickly perpetuate a culture of great design and superlative service, with a sharp sense of humor. This candidate will have a passion for exceptional hotel service and who can express that belief in an atmosphere of spontaneity and authenticity. The barista will prepare beverages in accordance with menu standards and provide a welcoming and clean environment for guests.

• Serving guests in Outlet.
• Answering guest questions about menu items.
• Brewing gourmet coffee and other specialty beverages.
• Up-selling and suggestive selling of items.
• Accurately processing transactions and maintaining a balanced bank.
• Tidying areas within & surrounding guest facing areas
• Package catering orders placed online
• Perform cashier duties
• All other duties as assigned by leadership
  
  

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
