Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in West Palm Beach, FL. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality espresso and specialty coffee beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming workspace, and delivering exceptional service to create memorable guest experiences. Additional duties include restocking supplies, maintaining equipment, and assisting in setting up and breaking down the mobile café for events. The Barista will embody TLC's commitment to community, coffee culture, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong Barista skills with experience in preparing high-quality coffee beverages. Latte Art skills is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to provide a welcoming and engaging experience for guests
• Effective communication abilities to collaborate with team members and interact professionally with clients
• Experience in food preparation, including adherence to safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering consistent quality
• Flexibility to work events and adapt to different locations across South Florida
• Previous experience in hospitality or event services is a plus
• Certification in food safety and hygiene is advantageous
