Responsibilities

• Craft delicious espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages with consistent quality and attention to detail.
• Offer friendly, upbeat service that makes every guest feel like a regular.
• Manage cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at all workstations to keep the café running smoothly.
• Assist with restocking, inventory, and display setup for pastries and grab-and-go items.
• Support team members and jump in wherever needed to keep the energy (and coffee) flowing!
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous barista or café experience preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn go a long way.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• A true love for coffee, hospitality, and connecting with people!
