Barista

Valabasas is a Memphis-based streetwear brand opening its first retail location this fall, featuring an in-store coffee bar. We are hiring Baristas to run the bar and deliver a high-quality café experience alongside the retail floor.

Responsibilities:

– Prepare espresso drinks and other beverages to a consistent standard

– Operate the register and manage the coffee bar during assigned shifts

– Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and equipment care standards

– Manage bar inventory, ordering needs, and restocking

– Provide friendly, professional service that complements the store experience

Qualifications:

– 1+ year of barista or food service experience preferred

– Espresso machine experience a plus; training provided

– Food handler certification a plus, or willingness to obtain

– Availability to work weekends

– Based in the Memphis area
