Role Description The Barista role at Village Tea Shop is a part-time, on-site position based in Ridgewood, NJ. The Barista will prepare and serve bubble teas, organic fruit teas, matcha, tea lattes, smoothies, and other hand-crafted beverages according to shop standards and recipes. Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, and providing attentive customer service. The Barista will maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, and restock supplies as needed. This role also involves working collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Qualifications
