Barista

VitaVie is a Parisian-inspired healthy brunch restaurant in South Miami, part of a growing hospitality group. We’re building our team ahead of opening and looking for an experienced barista to craft great coffee and a warm guest experience.

Your role

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, matcha and other beverages to a high standard
• Operate and maintain the espresso machine and grinder, and dial in coffee throughout the day
• Keep your station clean, organized and fully stocked
• Work closely with the kitchen and floor team to deliver smooth service during busy brunch hours
• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista in a restaurant, café or hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of espresso preparation, milk steaming and latte art
• Ability to work at pace in a high-volume service environment
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
• Passion for quality coffee and hospitality
• Availability on weekends and holidays
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual English/French or English/Spanish is a plus
