Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Barista role based in Burlington, MA. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Responsibilities include crafting quality beverages, managing food preparation, and maintaining a welcoming and organized café environment. The Barista will work directly with customers, ensuring their needs are met and delivering an outstanding café experience.

Qualifications

Barista and Food Preparation skills, with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment

• Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to create a positive and friendly environment
• Effective Communication skills to interact with customers and team members efficiently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
