The Role

This position is part-time (weekends only). Applicant must be able to work Sundays. We're seeking a customer-focused Barista who will be supporting front-of-house service and back-of-house operations. Our ideal employee has a great attitude, is dependable, and has a love for coffee.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize attentive customer service and cleanliness to maintain an inviting atmosphere
• Operate grinders, espresso, and Fetco drip machines
• Dial in espresso each morning to ensure service of high-quality coffee
• Stock/prep house-made syrups, drip and iced coffee, teas, and milks
• Perform BOH tasks including food prep, food service, cleaning and dishwashing
• Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions
• Ensure opening and closing checklists are completed daily
• Ensure efficient ticket times

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
