Role Description

This is a part time or full time, on-site Barista role based in Wallingford, CT. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of high-quality coffee beverages, assisting with signature cocktail preparation, and engaging with customers to ensure an excellent guest experience. Additional responsibilities include managing food preparation tasks, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace, and contributing to a welcoming and dynamic café atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Barista skills, including coffee and espresso preparation
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills to connect with guests
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Previous barista or food service experience is beneficial
• Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and evenings
