Barista/Cashier

To consistently deliver high-quality beverages and exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment that reflects Harbest Specialty Coffee’s values and standards.

- Prepare coffee and specialty beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.

- Provide friendly, professional, and engaging customer service.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of both the work area and customer-facing spaces.

- Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock items to management.

- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.

- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

- Communicate customer feedback and suggestions to the Lead Barista or management team.

Previous experience in specialty coffee or a similar hospitality role.

Passion for coffee and customer service.

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
