Barista/Kitchen helper/Cashier

We are currently looking for passionate and dependable part-time team members to join our team. Previous barista experience is not required, but it is a plus.

If you have a passion for coffee, enjoy working with others, and take pride in having a strong work ethic, we would love to hear from you. 

 - Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages.

- Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service.

- Operate and maintain espresso machines, coffee equipment, and other beverage stations.

- Restock cups, syrups, milk, coffee, and other supplies as needed.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and customer service areas.

 - Assist with food preparation and packaging.

- Prepare ingredients according to recipes and established food-safety procedures.

- Keep kitchen workstations, utensils, and equipment clean and sanitized.

- Wash dishes and maintain an organized kitchen.

- Receive, store, and rotate food and kitchen supplies.

- Assist kitchen staff with daily tasks during busy periods.

 - Greet customers and accurately take food and beverage orders.

- Process cash, credit/debit, and other forms of payment.

- Operate the POS system and ensure accurate transactions.

- Handle customer questions and resolve basic service concerns professionally.

- Maintain an organized and clean cashier station.

- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

- Able to stand and walk for extended periods.

- Able to bend, reach, and move items as needed.

- Work efficiently as part of a team during busy periods.

- Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock items to management.

- Provide courteous and professional customer service.

- Complete opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
