Compton's Coffee House is hiring Baristas at our Columbus Ave Cafe

We are seeking an experienced coffee professional with a passion for customer service and high standards when it comes to the products they serve. This is a part time position but can potentially become full time if its a good fit!

Comptons Columbus ave is a bustling cafe, smack dab in the middle one of the most popular, highly visited destinations in the city. We serve hundreds of cups a day, to both die hard regulars and new comers a like. Regardless of our volume, we prioritize the individual experience of each customer, and strive to produce the highest quality beverages every time.

Ideal candidates will possess the following;
- High level customer service experience.
- Experience working in a Specialty Coffee shop, familiarity with La Marzocco and Mazzer.
- Can execute Latte Art consistently
- Eagerness to be great teammate.
- A passion to learn more about the fundamentals of great coffee and service and the desire to flex the skills you already have.
- Consistent attendance, work performance, clear communication and a positive attitude

We are offering Part time positions (up to 30 hours a week.) Candidates must have flexible availability, Weekend and Holiday availability are a must.

We offer a competitive wage, comprehensive training, flexible scheduling, paid sick and vacation time and retirement savings accounts. Employees are eligible for company contributions to SF MRA after 90 days from hire.
