Join the Team at Dot’s Café — Now Hiring Experienced Baristas!

Dot’s is a daytime neighborhood sanctuary in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen, created by the team behind the beloved wine bar Ardesia (est. 2009). Located just across the street from Ardesia, Dot’s brings the same warmth, quality, and conviviality to a cozy café setting.

Our menu features elevated takes on familiar favorites—think sandwiches, salads, and soups with signature twists—alongside exceptional specialty coffee and espresso drinks.

We’re looking for baristas who are:

Experienced: At least 1 year in a specialty coffee setting

Skilled: Confident in espresso basics and latte art
Friendly: Warm, welcoming, and guest-focused
Efficient: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Team-oriented: Reliable and ready to collaborate

Nice to have:
Experience with Toast POS
NYC Food Handler’s License

Compensation:
Starting at $17/hour + tips
2-3 Shifts available immediately.
