Located just steps away from breathtaking views of the Statue of Liberty and other incredible sights in a super artistic community, we are a micro sized catering + take out cafe + coffee company in red hook, brooklyn serving the local artisans, film & construction crews and creatives and are now looking to expand within our space. We provide offsite event and corporate catering, on demand lunches, espresso & tea and maintain a growing artisanal retail marketplace. We pride ourselves on scratch made, small batch cooking, local sourcing of ingredients & products and our sustainable approach to single use & other materials.

Job Description:
We are preparing for a busy summer season and opening a second location, so we want to start adding to our core teams in all areas of our Cafe/Shops. All roles can be full or part time, but candidates should have some flexibility with scheduling due to the fluctuating demands on a hospitality based business, some weekend availability is a requirement as well. That being said, these are not seasonal jobs, we are looking to add to our core teams! Descriptions will be expanded on during the interview.

FOH/RETAIL STAFF - Cashier/Barista/Retail Staff
We are dynamic shop and we are seeking dynamic retail staff! Our team supports all areas of the FOH business so we cross train our team members to ensure consistent service! We are a busy place so someone who likes to keep active, can work as a team, loves artisanal food and beverages and has great people skills, this is the place for you! Must have SOME weekend availability, esp thru the summer.

FOH SHIFT LEADS:
Candidates must have 1+ year managing or leading a team, as well as be experienced in both customer service and barista roles and have general weekend availability. This is a Leadership role and requires a problem solving, multitasking and resourceful individual!

MULTI LOCATION MANAGER - min 2 years leadership experience:
This is a full time salaried role that requires an experienced leader who is energetic, resourceful & detail oriented - a jack or jill of all trades! Every day our shop is buzzing and bustling and we need a leader who can multi-task, stay organized and keep our customers happy and our team supported. We are about to open a second location so if you have a love for all things artisanal and have a creative mind that likes to be challenged, this would be perfect for you!

SANDWICH MAKER/PREP ROCK STAR! - min 2 years exp with hands on a high volume facility
Our menu consists of artisanal sandwiches, salads and grain bowls as well as a robust grab and go marketplace. Looking for highly motivated and quality conscious team members who are comfortable handling fast rushes and then using slower periods for prep and other tasks. Must work cleanly and with purpose, follow recipes and guides and have food handler's permit.
