Role Description

Firehouse Coffee & Tea in Sausalito is hiring!
We’re looking for Baristas and Cashiers to join our team — part-time and full-time, with both morning and evening shifts available.
If you’re friendly, dependable, and like the idea of being part of someone’s morning routine, we’d love to meet you.
📍 317 Johnson St, Sausalito, CA 94965
🕓 Open daily, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
☕ Morning and evening shifts — part-time and full-time
💵 $16.50–$21/hour, depending on experience

Qualifications

• Experience with Barista and Food Preparation skills to ensure the preparation of high-quality beverages and food items.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and proven Customer Service experience to create a positive customer experience.
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with team members and providing clear instructions
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is a plus.
