Role Description

We are seeking Bartenders, Barbacks, and Cocktail Servers for part-time positions at our on-site location in Sea Bright, NJ. Responsibilities include mixing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and stocked bar, providing exceptional customer service, handling credit cards and processing payments, and assisting in creating an inviting and enjoyable setting for our members. Team members will work closely to ensure smooth and efficient operations while upholding the highest service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with guests and provide a welcoming experience
• Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage service, including preparing and serving drinks
• Proficiency in POS and attention to detail for processing payments accurately
• Bartending skills, including knowledge of drink recipes and maintaining a well-stocked bar
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a teamwork-oriented culture
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Adherence to health and safety standards in a food and beverage setting
• 2 year hospitality or restaurant experience. Must be TIPS certified. Bartenders must obtain a Sea Bright ABC card.
