CAFE & BARISTA SUPPORT

Location: Mere, Cheshire

Part time position including weekends and some evenings

About The Role

As part of our cafe team, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience. You’ll support the head Barista in all day to day operations, helping to ensure smooth service, taking customer orders, advising on our menu choices and providing an energetic welcoming environment!

What you’ll be doing

• Support the head Barista in preparing and serving coffee, botanical drinks and other menu items
• Maintain a clean, inviting and well presented cafe space
• Assist with stock management, prep and smooth service flow
• Engage with customers and contribute to a positive, energetic atmosphere
• Support with events and evening activities as required
• Learn and develop barista skills

• Team players who support a premium hospitality experience
• Willing to learn and grow their barista and customer service skills
• Prior barista experience is a bonus but not essential!
