Joey’s Wynwood Rosticierre and Bar is seeking an energetic and friendly Cafe Counter Attendant to provide excellent customer service and create a delightful experience for our guests.

As the face of our café, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting counter area, and engaging with customers in a professional and welcoming manner.

Compensation

$20.00 an hour + tips

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and take food and beverage orders.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages.
• Handle cash, credit, and POS transactions accurately.
• Stock and replenish food, beverages, and supplies.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the counter, equipment, and seating areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Answer customer questions regarding menu items and ingredients.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and café staff.
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Attention to detail and reliability
