This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cafe Manager at our location in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Cafe Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and motivate the café team, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and maintain high standards for food and beverage service. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, inventory management, training employees, resolving customer concerns, and meeting sales goals. The role requires a hands-on approach and dedication to creating a friendly, inviting environment for both customers and staff.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to create a welcoming environment and address customer needs effectively
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations with experience in Food Service and preparation
- Sales experience with the ability to analyze performance and achieve revenue targets
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team to ensure efficiency and positive morale
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage inventory, staffing, and daily operations
- Passion for specialty coffee and a commitment to quality and sustainability
- Prior management experience in the hospitality or café industry preferred
