Cafe Manager

We’re looking for an organized, motivated, and hospitality-driven person to help lead daily café operations and support our growing team. Management experience is not required, but applicants should have a strong knowledge of coffee and café workflow.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting daily café operations
• Helping lead and coordinate the team
• Customer service and hospitality
• Inventory and ordering support
• Maintaining quality and cleanliness standards
• Supporting coffee service and quality control
• Helping improve systems, workflow, and overall café growth

Requirements:

• Strong coffee knowledge and café experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated to help grow and improve the café
