As our Cafe Operations Lead, you'll play a key role in keeping the cafe running smoothly every day.

• Create and manage weekly staff schedules.
• Order coffee, food, and cafe supplies while monitoring inventory levels.
• Oversee cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead by example by working alongside the team during busy shifts.
• Utilize the Toast POS system for daily operations and reporting.
• Track sales performance and collaborate on strategies to increase revenue and guest engagement.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, food safety, and customer service.
• Help onboard and train new team members while fostering a positive culture.

We're looking for someone who enjoys leading from the floor and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Leadership experience in a coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• Experience creating staff schedules and managing inventory.
• Familiarity with Toast POS
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and support a team while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Comfortable multitasking and adapting in a fast-paced setting
• A proactive mindset with a desire to improve operations and contribute ideas that help grow the business.
