For the past seven years, Café 15 has been serving scratch-made food rooted in nourishment, hospitality, and community. We're entering an exciting new chapter, expanding into wellness-focused spaces that bring together great food, movement, and connection. We're looking for a Café Operator who loves creating welcoming experiences, takes pride in quality, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Whether you're dialing in espresso, serving lunch, or introducing someone to their new favorite frozen take-home soup, you'll play an important role in how people experience our brand.

What You'll Do

• Prepare espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with consistency and care.
• Serve breakfast and lunch while maintaining high food quality and presentation.
• Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality.
• Help customers discover our café menu, meal subscriptions, frozen meals, and retail products.
• Keep the café clean, organized, and running smoothly throughout the day.
• Work closely with the team to create an exceptional customer experience and help the café grow.

• Has experience working in a café, coffee shop, or food service environment.

What We Offer

• Starting pay of $20/hour, increasing to $23/hour after successful training, plus tips.
• Part-time (20–30 hours/week), with opportunities to grow as we expand. Evening and weekend availability required.
